Rualiss is the guardian of the Moon Door or Moonstair, and emissary of Celdulion. He is a learned scholar, and is Moonstair’s best source of arcane lore, history, and knowledge of the Feywild. He answers questions grudgingly, however.

He has previously sent the party on a quest through the Moon Door to stop the undead seige of Celdulion.
